In order to cancel your membership and avoid any further charges, please proceed to the following link centrohelp.com, choose the 'Edit subscription' button, and fill in your credentials. Then you will be guided through the rest of the cancellation process.
Please refer to the email that you have received on signup for additional billing details.
Additionally, you can cancel your subscription directly inside your user admin on the site. You'll need to:
Log in to your account, click on the sidebar in the upper-left corner of the page, and then choose 'Settings'.
Scroll to the 'Billing Support' section, find the 'Cancel Membership' option, and click on it.
Choose your cancellation reason (required) and leave a comment for the site owner (optional).
Submit your request by clicking on the 'Send request' button.
On some sites, 'Settings' can be under your avatar if you click on it, as shown below:
