One of the quicker ways to ensure that your payment went through would be to look up your purchases on Centrobills (our billing provider's) website. To do that, you would need to:
- Open centrohelp.com;
- Click on Lookup purchases;
- Enter the email address your account is connected with to receive a login link;
- Follow the link in the email;
Then you will be forwarded to the Subscriptions tab, where you can find all the active and expired subs you have.
If you click on any of the Аctive subscriptions, you will also find an option to cancel it if needed.
Please proceed to the Payments tab to check if you see the purchase reflected there.
