To delete your account, please log in first. If you're having trouble signing in, please read this article.
Important! Ensure that your membership is canceled to stop any automatic payments. Check out the article on how to cancel memberships here.
How to delete an account:
- Open your account settings by pressing on the Profile icon > Settings. For the mobile version, click on the site's menu, and down below find Settings.
2. Once settings are opened, scroll down and find the Delete my account button.
You will see an additional warning to cancel your subscription, feel free to hit the Delete button to confirm account removal.
Keep in mind that once you delete your account you won't be able to restore it or recover your data and purchases. Once you confirm the deletion, your account will be deleted immediately.
