There are several ways to contact our team to get help.
First of all, you can submit a request right from your user admin on the site. In order to do so you will need to scroll to the bottom of any page on the site, find the 'Technical support' button, and click on it.
Then you will be redirected to the request form where you will need to:
- Select the issue type;
- Provide us with your email and name;
- Describe the issue in detail.
Once you hit the 'Submit' button, we will receive your request and reply to your email as soon as possible.
You can also submit a request by clicking on the 'Submit a request' button on the main page of this HelpCenter or contact us at usersupport@modelcentro.com. Please make sure to attach a screenshot or screen recording of the problem and provide a detailed description of the issue so that we can assist you promptly.
